What FlowAuth sells

FlowAuth is a software-as-a-service platform for developers and digital product teams who need to license customer access and protect Lua/Luau source assets. Customers use the web dashboard to create projects, upload code they own or are authorized to manage, package protected releases, issue access keys, bind or reset hardware IDs, review execution logs, and connect Discord or reward-gateway workflows.

The product is digital only. FlowAuth does not ship physical goods. Access is delivered through an online account, dashboard tools, controlled delivery endpoints, API endpoints, and subscription entitlements.

FlowAuth sells access to hosted software tools. It is not a marketplace for third-party digital goods, in-game currency, virtual items, gambling, financial products, adult content, weapons, regulated goods, or cryptocurrency products.

Products and pricing

Free$0/month for a small project, limited users, and starter source-protection usage.
Plus$5/month for more projects, users, protection jobs, reward gateways, webhooks, and priority support.
Premium$20/month for higher-volume product teams, unlimited protection jobs, more users, and advanced automation.
Enterprise$75/month for large distributors that need dedicated limits, custom rules, and direct support.

Current plan limits are shown on the public pricing section of the homepage. Paid plans are subscriptions unless a customer is issued a separate invite or account credit by FlowAuth staff.

Digital delivery and fulfillment

After purchase or plan activation, access is applied to the customer's FlowAuth account. Customers can immediately use the dashboard to create projects, configure controlled delivery links, and manage keys. API access and Discord/community support are provided for eligible plans.

Allowed use boundaries

Customers may use FlowAuth only for code, projects, and content they own or are authorized to protect and distribute. FlowAuth may not be used to distribute malware, steal credentials, obtain unauthorized access, infringe intellectual property, compromise third-party systems, violate platform rules, or sell products prohibited by payment network rules.

Support and contact

Customer support is available through the FlowAuth Discord community. Customers should include their account email, project name, and relevant timestamp when asking about failed payments, delivery issues, key resets, or account access.
