Information we process
FlowAuth may process account email addresses, authentication records, project names, uploaded source or protected output, license keys, hardware identifiers submitted by customer delivery clients, IP-derived request metadata, execution logs, Discord-related identifiers, and support messages.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. FlowAuth does not store full card numbers. Stripe may provide payment status, subscription status, customer identifiers, billing email, and limited transaction metadata needed to activate or support subscriptions.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, protect source assets, authenticate license keys, detect abuse, display logs, deliver paid features, troubleshoot support requests, and maintain service security.
Data sharing
FlowAuth uses service providers such as hosting, database, payment, email, and Discord-related tools to operate the platform. We do not sell customer personal information.
Retention and requests
Operational records are kept as needed for account access, security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, and support. Customers can request help through the FlowAuth Discord community.
