Service
FlowAuth provides hosted tools for Lua/Luau source protection, controlled package delivery, subscription-gated project access, key authentication, execution logs, reward gateway integrations, and related automation. The service is intended for lawful software distribution and customer access management.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the source code, project content, access keys, webhooks, Discord automation, and third-party links they configure in FlowAuth. Customers must not use FlowAuth to distribute malware, steal accounts, obtain unauthorized access, violate platform rules, or infringe another person's rights.
Acceptable use
Customers may only upload, protect, and distribute code they own or have permission to use. FlowAuth is not permitted for credential theft, malware, unauthorized access, phishing, denial-of-service activity, fraud, infringement of intellectual property, or distribution of content that violates applicable law or payment-network rules.
FlowAuth also may not be used to sell or facilitate prohibited categories such as gambling, adult services, regulated drugs, weapons, cryptocurrency products, financial products, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or unauthorized brand-name or copyrighted material.
Subscriptions
Paid plans provide access to additional limits and features while the subscription is active. If a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails, paid features may be reduced or disabled.
Payments are for FlowAuth software access only. FlowAuth does not process payments on behalf of customer end users and does not hold funds for third-party sellers.
Availability
FlowAuth is operated as an online software service. We may update, suspend, or restrict access to protect platform stability, respond to abuse, perform maintenance, or comply with payment processor and legal requirements.
